The use of fossil fuels is so thoroughly embedded in the economic activities of all industrialized countries that a global solution is required. Kyle Thomas, Syracuse Group Leader of the Citizens’ Climate Lobby, will discuss CCL’s Carbon Fee-and-Dividend proposal and how every one of us can make a difference by participating in our political system and building the political will for a solution to climate change.
