New Blue-Green Alliance Reports Detail How Green Energy = Green Jobs and a Strong Economy

The reports, produced by the Renewable Energy Policy Project, detail exactly how many jobs could be created at existing firms capable of manufacturing components for renewable energy equipment like wind turbines and solar panels. They give a state-by-state, county-by-county snapshot of the potential for tens of thousands of new jobs. The reports find that a serious committment to renewable could create 820,000 new good-paying manufacuring jobs across the country.
