Our goal is to demonstrate grassroots support for moving beyond coal and making Austin the #1 clean energy city in the country. We need hundreds of people to make this Texas-sized photo a success, so please spread the word!

We're gonna need everyone we can get to make this the biggest photo possible so make sure to bring all your friends and family to the event!

Take Action

Let's Move Austin Beyond Coal in 2012!

Mayor Leffingwell and the other members of the City Council have pledged to phase out Austin's dirty Fayette coal plant and begin moving our city toward a clean energy future!

This announcement is a huge step forward but we still have a few more hurdles to cross before Austin goes coal-free. In the coming months, we'll need to convince Austin Energy to support this pledge.

It's more important now than ever, that we show our decision makers that we stand behind the Mayor's vision for a clean energy future. You can help by signing our petition today.
