What we do: The Shareholder Action Task Force seeks to harness the power of Sierra Club's stock ownership to promote reform in corporate behavior and practices, a benefit for the environment as well as corporate shareholders. We aim to use shareholder dialogues, the filing of shareholder resolutions, and shareholder solicitation and media campaigns to raise awareness, build coalitions, and effectively create change.
