  • Ray Agee owns a home in Middletown, Ohio, just yards from the polluting AK Steel plant.

    Lori Pederson's daughter Rachel died of a lung embolism at 20, which may have been due to ingesting lead fumes from the Doe Run lead smelter in Herculaneum, Missouri.

    Sydney Fisher will never know her father, who also lived near the Doe Run smelter and died of a heart attack at 27.
