The event, sponsored by the Sierra Club and Slow Foods Bluegrass, will welcome chef Alice Waters to Louisville. Alice is a renowned chef, author, founder of Edible Schoolyard, owner of Chez Panisse restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area, and an advocate for sustainable agriculture.
