Want to help save Gulf Coast wetlands? You can start by not buying cypress mulch. Apparently, cypress mulch is no longer just a byproduct of the timber industry. Now, demand for the mulch is such that the trees are being ground and chipped in their entirety for the sake of suburban gardens.
