Chris Mooney's Storm World hits shelves on July 9. In an advance review, Real Climate gives the book a very enthusiastic thumbs-up. Mooney, a New Orleans native and SEED magazine contributor whose first book was The Republican War on Science, turns his attention away from the GOP and toward what is perhaps the most hotly contested aspect of the global warming debate; i.e., the link, if any, between climate change and hurricane activity.
