Among the neologisms included in the latest edition of the Oxford English Dictionary: carbon footprint, carbon-neutral, carbon trading, green audit and Chelsea tractor. The last is a British-ism for what was once a strictly American phenomenon: "A large, four-wheel-drive vehicle used in urban areas."
