The Coalition is proposed of local, regional, island, national and international organizations which include:

- Sierra Club
- Water Keepers of Puerto Rico
- National Wildlife Federation
- The Surfrider Foundation
- Misión Industrial
- Defenders of the Corridor and the Barrio Juan Martín
- Recreational and Civic Committee of the Beltran Community
- Environmental Consciousness League of the Este
- United Communities of Fajardo
- Fishermen’s Association de Maternillo y Mansión del Sapo
- Association of Businesses and Professionals of Fajardo
- and more than 11,000 individuals
