We are the Northern Kentucky Group of the Sierra Club, one of the groups that make up the Cumberland Chapter, Kentucky's presence in the Sierra Club. Our group consists of members who reside in Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Fleming, Gallatin, Grant, Harrison, Kenton, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson counties and we are your neighbors and friends!
Our Northern Kentucky group was formed in 1982, and we have monthly informative meetings and offer an annual program of hiking, backpacking, bicycling, canoeing and service outings. The Sierra Club was founded in 1892 by John Muir. To learn more about the Sierra Club’s history and accomplishments over the past century click here.
