Tell DC Officials we want Streetcars now!

With all the benefits that streetcars offer—support for local businesses, more manageable commutes, connections between neighborhoods divided by freeways or rivers, and decreases in the tailpipe pollution that causes asthma and global warming—we can’t afford to wait years for action.

Take Action:

 Take Action: Contact Mayor Adrian Fenty today.

• Thank Mayor Fenty for recently proposing funds to buy streetcars for the Anacostia and H Street lines.
• Urge the mayor to make global warming solutions a top priority, and to start implementing plans for DC’s full streetcar network.
• Call the Mayor at 202-727-1000,  or use the mayor's online e-mail form.
