We, the undersigned:

• Oppose the Intercounty Connector and Outer Beltway on all alignments;
• Urge Governor O'Malley to stop taking people’s homes and land immediately;
• Support converting all publicly owned land in the ICC right-of-way acquired prior to 2005 to public parkland, primarily for natural habitat; and
• Support non-highway alternatives that integrate improved community planning with improved public transit, improved bicycle and pedestrian access, and other measures that give more choice in transportation and fight global warming.
