Clean-up Plans for Delaware Waters
Case Updates:
August 1, 2003
The Sierra Club’s Delaware Chapter is fighting to bring the Murderkill River back to life. They have filed suit challenging the Administration’s approval of a flawed clean-up plan (technically termed a “total maximum daily load”) for that river. The Club suit should keep the pressure on the Administration and the state to maintain strict pollution limits for the Murderkill River.
