Stop Polluters

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is moving forward on several regulatory actions targeting greenhouse gas and other pollution from coal-fired power plants, automobiles, and other large sources. Meanwhile, industry is mounting an attack to avoid new regulation, challenging EPA's very authority to stop pollution under the Clean Air Act and other core environmental laws. Sierra Club's legal team has launched an aggressive counter-offensive to promote EPA's authority to follow through on its commitments to improve air quality and curb global warming.
