Promoting Clean Energy

As a complement to our coal work, the Environmental Law Program is quickly ramping up legal advocacy for clean energy solutions, such as wind, solar, and energy efficiency. Retiring existing coal-fired power plants -- as Sierra Club's Move Beyond Coal campaign is doing -- opens the door to the creation and distribution of replacement, renewable energy.
