Our Resilient Habitats work grows out of the long and proud tradition of Sierra Club fighting to protect our natural heritage. The Environmental Law Program continues a heavy docket devoted to protecting and preserving wilderness, water, and wildlife, now informed by the imminent reality of climate change. We will promote the vision of large wildlife habitat, old forest, and wetland refuges to serve as buffers against the changes in climate expected in our lifetimes.
