The Sierra Club has long stood up for children, families and communities in the face of corporate polluters. We have fought back against sewage overflows, toxic air pollution from refineries, and factory farm pollution, among other threats to public health. Our ground breaking work on lead in children's toys helped pave the way for a safer environment. Even in the face of global threats from climate change, the Sierra Club Environmental Law Program will continue to prosecute those who would poison our communities and hold them accountable under the law.
