Long-time HOI group member Tracy Fox was given a special honor by the Respiratory Health Association at their December Chicago gathering. Tracy was awarded for her ongoing volunteer efforts related to clean air litigation and her great contributions in activism and speaking out for clean air. Tracy is a leader in Peoria Families Against Toxic Waste and the Central Illinois Healthy Community Alliance, along with other groups, and has been a leader of bird counts and other Audubon sanctuary and initiatives work, among other environmental efforts.
