Tree Ferns

Tree Ferns
Tree ferns (Cyathea crinita), and other lower group plants such as lichens, proliferate in the rainforests and shola forests of the Western Ghats. These tree ferns were photographed in Manavan Shola — an area near to the town of Munnar, Kerala — that is slated to become the state's third national park.
