Show support for your right to breathe clean air!

On Saturday, August 1st, kayak along Cunninghill Cove with us to get an up-close and personal look at the C.P. Crane coal plant. This coal plant is detrimental to the health of the people living nearby in many ways. For example, it is to blame for the death of 59 people in the year 2010 alone.

This monstrous polluter sits on the edge of the beautiful Gunpowder Falls State Park. The park consists of 120+ miles of trail, protected State Wildlands, historic sites, streams, beaches and much more. Its natural areas make it a favorable habitat for many species of plants and animals.

Throughout the trip, you will have the chance to experience this beautiful wildlife while learning about the dirty coal plant. Bring a packed lunch for a picnic after the trip! Dress appropriately. Don’t forget sunscreen, water and a hat.
