There are at least eight existing oil & gas pipelines crossing between Canada and the Eastern US, and six new or expanded pipelines planned. The proposed route of the ET Rover pipeline is through Livingston County. The four local Sierra Club groups in southeast Michigan are opposing the new pipelines.
