June Speaker
The June General Meeting (06/23) will feature a presentation by Abigail Lambert on the Ozark Regional Land Trust.
Abigail Lambert is Ozark Regional Land Trust's St. Louis Area Field Representative.
Her specific assignment involves the development of a broad river protection program (ORLT's Ozark River Stewardship) for waterways of the Ozarks.
One of her initial focus areas is the Upper Meramec River. Abigail also works with landowners in the St. Louis region who are interested in exploring land protection options for their property.
Abigail has a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Spanish from University of Arizona and a master's degree in Environmental Management from Duke University.
Before returning to St. Louis in 2000, she served as a solid waste consultant in Virginia and as the sole staff person with Lower Shore Land, Trust a land trust on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
July Speaker
The July General Meeting (07/28) will feature a presentation by Punit Jain, the Outreach Chair of the St. Louis Chapter of the Green Building Council.
