The Green Center, a not-for-profit arts and environmental educational organization located in University City, Missouri, is seeking a creative and energetic Executive Director who will provide leadership and direction to a small staff and work with the Board of Directors to achieve the organization's goals. This individual will have overall responsibility for the Green Center, including general management, fund raising and fiscal management, staffing and personnel management, public relations, program development, and interfacing with community groups and arts and environmental organizations. Shelley Welsch, our current director, is leaving April 1, 2006 to pursue other opportunities. The new Executive Director will start in March to work with Shelley Welsch some before she leaves, and then start as Executive Director on April 1, 2006.
