Summary

The Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management is requesting comments on draft well construction rules, which have been drafted pursuant to Senate Bill 165, effective June 30, 2011 [O.R.C 1509.17]. The draft rules encompass every aspect of well construction and will be applicable to all wells drilled within Ohio.
