The Under 40 Age Group of the MoValley Group of the Sierra Club – Nebraska Chapter currently has these goals:
1. To meet and discuss conservation issues from the point of view of the 20-40 age group.
2, To offer the results of this brainstorming and planning to the MoValley ExCom.
3. To directly sponsor some conservation projects – offering volunteer and material support to them.
4. To organize Sierra Student Coalition (SSC) groups in local colleges of Eastern Nebraska.
4. To mentor students from the SSC groups in their conservation activies/studies.
5. To team with the SSC in overseeing the development of a conservation clearinghouse website for Nebraska.
6. To serve as a bridge between the college and high schools members of the SSC and the MoValley Group Sierra Club leadership.
