Flexible Meeting Spaces: Your group can meet in comfort in our cozy library, spacious living room with fireplace and piano, dining room/classroom for up to 80, on a deck, on the lawn, or around our fire circle. Sound and video equipment are available.

Hearty Food: Two hot meals and a generous bag lunch are included in our daily rates. Vegetarian meals are optional.

Location, location, location: Beautifully secluded on Donner Pass Road (historic Route 40), Clair Tappaan Lodge is nestled high and cool at 7,000’ among the pines and rolling hills - within minutes of Interstate 80 at the Soda Springs exit.

Exclusivity: Depending upon the time of the year groups as small as 20 - 30 can be the primary group in the Lodge and receive special benefits.
