Registration & Cancellation Policy

You may register for a training event in any of the following ways:

• ONLINE (click to sign up now)
• BY PHONE - Call 415-977-5522 (8:30-5, PST, M-F). Please have your credit card information ready.
• BY FAX - Credit card payments only to: 415-977-5795. Include information (see below).
• BY MAIL - By check, money order, or completed credit card information to:

Be sure to include:

• Event number for which you are registering
• Your name
• Your membership number (if you are not a member don't include)
• E-mail address
• Address
• Phone number
• Different addresses for others in your party should also be included.

• For credit card registrations (Visa or MasterCard only), please be sure to include: your credit card number, its expiration date, and your signature, in addition to the above information.

Note:

• Registrations received with incomplete or inaccurate information may be delayed.
• All event sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The cancellation fee will depend on the training event.  Please refer to the on-line brochure and your confirmation packet to determine your cancellation fee.

Special note for those signing up on-line: Online registration uses the National Outings reservation system. When you come to STEP 6, disregard the pending participant approval and the cancellation policy. Please refer to the on-line brochure and your confirmation packet to determine your cancellation fee.

• You will be sent a confirmation letter and event overview immediately after registering
• You may be asked to fill out an on-line questionnaire (or request a hard copy be sent to you)
• Several weeks before the event you will be sent final details which may include driving directions, a ride sharing list, and a pack list - depending on the event.
