Remembering the March for Women’s Lives
Monday, April 25th marked the one year anniversary of the historic March for Women’s Lives in Washington, DC. As a co-sponsor of the March, over 80 Sierra Club delegates took to the streets, showing their support for women's rights and lives. Participants marched to tell the Bush administration that their policies, which suspend, restrict and eliminate funding for life-saving reproductive health services and even the most basic health care, is detrimental to the health of women and the environment.
