The ecoregion program is governed by the RCCs. Each
ecoregion task force has a "lead" RCC that is responsible for appointing its
members and overseeing its work, making sure it is fully integrated into the Club's
overall conservation strategies and goals.
In most cases, at least one other RCC has direct input into each ecoregion program. The lead RCC is responsible for ensuring that there is at least one representative from each RCC within each ecoregion on that particular task force and for designating the chair. There are 21 ecoregion task forces.
The first RCC listed below is the lead RCC for each ecoregion.
