TALK ON “HONEYBEES, HUMANS, AND PESTICIDES”
The local Blue River Group of the Sierra Club invites you to a free presentation and discussion on “Honeybees, Humans, and Pesticides” by Rebecca Dickson, the Chair of the Indian Peaks Group of the Sierra Club. Dr. Dickson, who is on the Executive Board of the People and Pollinator Action Network, will address the impact of pesticides on bees and other pollinators, and what we here in the High Country can do about it. Pollinator-friendly plants and honey will be on sale at the event.
The presentation will be from 6:00-7:15 pm at the Eileen and Paul Finkel Auditorium at Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge on Wednesday, May 27, preceded by refreshments at 5:30 pm.
