The Passage

The Passage is a proposed reality-based series that will chronicle the around-the-world sailing adventure of a remarkable American family: the Ciszeks. Together they have crossed nearly every ocean on the planet -- exploring all the different environments of land and sea.

In this series, Curtis Sr., Leslie, Shelly, Eulalie, Curtis Jr., and Martin will take us on amazing adventures, both on land and sea, all the while allowing cameras to document their real lives. This means the conflicts as well as the triumphs, the drudgery as well as the terror, the exhilaration as well as the frustration.

You can join the Ciszeks for a shakedown outing through British Columbia’s beautiful Queen Charlotte Islands on April 15-18 during segments on National Geographic Today, the nightly news program on the National Geographic Channel airing at 7 and 10 pm Eastern time.
