Are you a high school student interested in tackling climate change policy in your local community and meeting students from around California who feel the same way? Do you know a high school student that fits this description? Consider applying or invite them to apply for the California Youth Climate Policy Leadership Program (CYCP), sponsored by Ten Strands, the Sierra Club, and Undaunted K12.
Key Dates:
- Applications due May 29th.
- Applicants will hear back in mid-June.
- Program runs late July-December, 2023.

The CYCP Leadership Program will empower students to initiate a climate policy campaign in their school or district. Students will also receive mentoring from adult coaches and support in developing a personal leadership plan.
Accepted participants will receive a $500 stipend upon completion of the program.
