Howling Good News

In response to a lawsuit filed on behalf of the Sierra Club and other groups, a federal judge on Friday reinstated federal Endangered Species Act protections for gray wolves in the Northern Rockies. Despite scientists' warnings, the wolves were de-listed in March and about 90 have already been killed. The judge's action will prevent fall wolf hunts and keep wolf numbers from declining while the lawsuit challenging de-listing works its way through the courts. Learn more...
