Protect Weatherman Draw from oil drilling

Philip Anschutz
555 17th Street, Suite 2400
Denver, CO 80202

Dear Mr. Anschutz,
Weatherman Draw is a unique and precious area with environmental and cultural resources that deserve protection. The area, called Valley of the Chiefs by Native Americans, is sacred to many tribes; it is deeply infused with history, culture, art, and spirituality, and is an incomparably beautiful landscape.

I urge you to show your respect for the past and honor the future--preserve this special place by calling an immediate and permanent halt to all drilling activity in Weatherman Draw.

Sincerely,
