Squashes, Beans, and Lettuces Grow Among the Weeds

At our farm (where we grow fruits, vegetables, and grains) we let the weeds grow! Increasing biodiversity and biodensity not only helps the native flora and fauna, but decreases costs of production and increases yields. Weeds-and all wild creatures-help our crops grow! From the rare Rocky Mountain Capshell Snail to the common squirrel, from the thistle to the lambsquarter, weeds help the earth's biosphere remain stable and good for life...while protecting our crops from all kinds of disaster and reclaiming our damaged soils from all kinds of pollution. Plus, many weeds can be a  tasty treat.
