Daphne: Environmental Scientist, Mass-Transit Frequenter

Our family does anything and everything we can, with 3 scientists and counting so far! We have always recycled(since the 60's-when we also used cloth diapers!), rode bikes, mass transit (favorite is the circle bus around Oahu, HI!), used way low lighting, fireplaces, sunlight, fans, clotheslines. We all still pack our lunches, enjoy outdoor sports and especially the Park System in the U.S. We try to eat organic when possible, and use natural products on our bodies and in homes. We actually lived on and off our 30-foot silboat (talk about saving energy!) for 12 years! We constantly read, lecture everyone in sight, and pray for a better world. More, but gotta go!
