Bike to Work Day in Oakland

We had a very successful morning energizing bicyclists - during the morning commute we counted over 300 people on bicycles!  We had so much fun in the morning that we collected some leftover Bike To Work Day bags from other energizer stations and started an energizer station outside our shop (Tip Top Bike Shop) for the late afternoon, early evening commuters. At this time we saw about another 100 bicyclists, and had a cruiser ride leave at dusk with approximately 25 bicyclists.  Bike To Work was a great success this year, hopefully we have encouraged more people to ride their bicycles!
