Kent Pond, Killington Vermont Who: Mike Where: Kent Pond, Killington Vermont Why: Not far from civilization but truly a place of nature Kent Pond is a special place were you are able to observe nature at very convenient location. The pond is just off US Route 4 that runs through the center of Vermont but you would never know it. At the pond you are able to escape the hustle and bustle of the highway. This is a pond were nature thrives on my visits I have viewed geese, ducks, deer and moose. Very close by is a very active beaver population.
