This year, Americans hard-hit by high energy costs and the economic downturn are demanding leaders who will provide real energy solutions. We have the opportunity to change direction and elect a President who will get our nation back on track by making the right decisions about energy and the environment.

Starting on Election Day 2008, we can break Big Oil's chokehold on our energy policies. Instead of allowing them to use special interest politics to hold our economy hostage, we can embrace solutions that will provide relief for working families, reduce our dependence on foreign oil and invest in the fuels of the future – clean, renewable energy sources. It's an investment in our economy that will spark American ingenuity, create whole new industries, opportunities and jobs, and fight global warming.
