Upper Columbia River is one of the Washington State Sierra Club groups. UCR covers northeastern Washington state. We are focused on specific local nature-related issues throughout the region. Please let us know the local  issues in your neck of the woods and how we can help.

UCR is also a major force for issues affecting affecting the greater Upper Columbia River region. These issues include, water, forests, nature areas, dangerous train traffic hauling coal and oil through the region.
