Mark Earth Day by helping clean up Lincoln Creek

The Great Waters Group will again be helping clean up Lincoln Creek through the Milwaukee Riverkeeper annual Spring Cleanup from 9 to noon on Saturday, April 20. Afterwards we'll join the celebration at Rock the Green.

Spring outings head to Milwaukee River and Falk Park

Spring has sprung and the Great Waters Group is working on more outings. We'll visit the Milwaukee River Greenway and learn about the Area of Concern on April 27. Then on May 17 we'll hike at Falk Park in Oak Creek.

The Milwaukee River Greenway Hike Part 3 has been rescheduled for Saturday, Feb. 10 from 1 to 3 p.m., hiking from the Holiday Inn south to Capitol and returning on the east side of the river.
