Enviro-Mich Listserv
Michigan's Citizen Forum on the Internet for Environmental & Conservation IssuesEnviro-Mich is the virtual gathering place for Michigan environmentalists and conservationists on the Internet. Enviro-Mich is sponsored by the Sierra Club-Mackinac Chapter to serve the needs of the citizen environmental and conservation community and citizen's grass roots organizations in Michigan.
With Enviro-Mich, we're trying to reach all parts of Michigan's diverse environmental and conservation movement and all geographical areas of Michigan. Individuals are welcome to participate in this free Internet "virtual community" and plug into ongoing environmental campaigns.
Enviro-Mich functions like a discussion forum and an automatic e-mail distribution system. Any person who is subscribed to Enviro-Mich can send e-mail to the Enviro-Mich address and it will be automatically distributed to the entire list. Any person who has an Internet electronic mail address and who abides by the rules of this mailing list forum may sign up for Enviro-Mich.
Enviro-Mich will act to promote citizen environmental activism, public visibility of Michigan environmental issues, discussion about Michigan issues, and dissemination of political, educational, governmental, and scientific information on Michigan environmental and conservation problems and their resolution.
