Nathan feels that Pennsylvania’s large carbon footprint is a high priority. He would like to see the state re-enter RGGI, the regional greenhouse gas initiative. In the meantime, Shapiro's lightning plan is a good second option. Also Nathan is concerned about PFAS contamination and supports HB2145. He'd like to be assigned to the House Climate Caucus and he is calling for a moratorium on data center development while we assess impacts to ratepayers and develop strong regulations.
