Sierra Club Virginia Chapter Announces Initial Endorsements in
2025 House of Delegates Elections
FIght for clean air, water, and action on climate change heads to the 2026 Session
Richmond, Va. – Today, the Sierra Club Virginia Chapter announced endorsements in a wide range of races for seats in the Virginia House of Delegates. Ahead of the critical 2026 General Assembly session, where important work to address climate change and prioritize clean, affordable, renewable energy must occur, the following candidates stood out to the Sierra Club as the best person in the race to help move forward our organization’s mission to explore, enjoy, and protect the planet.
The Sierra Club Virginia Chapter requires a completed candidate questionnaire, and in some cases a candidate interview with our volunteer governing leadership, in order to be considered for an endorsement. The Sierra Club Virginia Chapter endorses the following candidates:
