The Clean Energy Team is busy with volunteering, continuing environmental justice initiatives, and more.
The Equity Team is working with Youth N Power on home energy audits in low income areas.
We also continue to follow the negotiations between the East Phillips neighborhood and the City regarding the use of the Roof Depot as an urban farm rather than a maintenance facility for the Minneapolis water department. Follow along and support the East Phillips Neighborhood Institute here!
The team’s newly-formed Cooperatives Project group is working to restore democracy to Minnesota’s electric cooperatives and is partnering with Clean Up the River Environment (CURE).
