The Minnesota legislature is considering a number of bills this session that would curb PFAS production, ban PFAS in products we use every day like cosmetics, cookware, ski wax, textiles, juvenile products and more. These bills will also protect firefighters from cancer-causing PFAS firefighting foam. Please contact your Minnesota Senator and Representative and ask them to support all of the PFAS bills to protect the health of Minnesotans and our environment. Here are some of the bills:
- HF1000/SF834 Ban Non-Essential Use of PFAS
- HF742/SF776 Firefighting foam use ban
- HF372/ SF450 PFAS Manufacturer Disclosure.
