Executive Committee Chair

Thanks to all the voters who mailed in ballots for the 2012-2013 Executive Committee (Ex-Com) election. As a result of the voting, returning Ex-Com members are Toni Armstrong and Ken Schechtman. Joining them is Rob Polzin, a student currently studying at St. Louis Community College at Meramec, who will bring youthful vitality and fresh ideas to the ExCom. Rob has been active in Meramec's Outdoors Club and has participated in Missouri Stream Team cleanup projects.

Thanks to all of you who took the time to mail in your ballots. We really appreciate your effort.

And of course, a special thank you to our candidates for their willingness to contribute their time and energy to the Executive Committee. Nothing would happen without folks like Toni, Ken and Rob to provide leadership and guidance. Thank you all again for your efforts.

We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to departing Ex-Com member Henry Robertson for nearly a decade of service on the committee. Henry has made valuable contributions to the Sierra Club, and we appreciate his continued involvement as Missouri Chapter vice-chair and energy chair.
