Water Protection Network to Meet in St. Louis

Sierrans have an opportunity to learn about up to date policies and approaches to clean water and watershed protection at the Water Protection Network meeting in St Louis March 18th to 20. Visit www.waterprotectionnetwork.org for details and registration.

Topics include planning in unnatural circumstances, funding for restoration, floodplain management and much more.

Attend this conference and you will have the opportunity to learn how to "navigate" Army Corps of Engineers permit and projects, how the Federal Insurance program really works, and even take a field trip to Cahokia Mounds.

We are fortunate to have this resource here in St Louis. Participate and improve your credentials as a water protection volunteer!
