Note: This article represents a ballot contained in the printed newsletter. You must have a paper ballot from the printed newsletter to vote.

VOTING INSTRUCTIONS

for the Eastern Missouri Group Executive Committee Election

Carefully read ALL instructions before completing or mailing your ballot.

Ballots must be received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 8 in order to be counted.

  1. You must use this ballot with your address label attached to the back. (The ballot portion will be detached from label portion before counting.) Ballots without address labels will not be counted.
     
  2. Vote for no more than four candidates. Indicate your choices by marking an X through the box to the right of the candidate's name. Voter 2 boxes may only be used if there is a letter J in the top line of your label indicating a joint membership.
     
  3. The ballot must be sent by U.S. Mail to arrive by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2012. Write BALLOT on the outside of the envelope and mail it to:

DO NOT HAND DELIVER OR MAIL BALLOT TO THE EMG OFFICE.

EMG is not responsible for any tardiness of mail.
